Fans hoping to attend WonderCon 2019 need to purchase badges soon because they are going quickly. Saturday badges are already sold out and quantities are limited on Friday and Sunday.
WonderCon 2019 takes place March 29-31 at the Anaheim Convention Center and by all accounts it’s going to be a complete sellout by the time the event begins. Saturday badges sold out weeks before the event and Friday and Sunday badges are close to selling out. If history is any indication there’s every reason to believe that by the time the doors open on Friday the weekend will be sold out.
WonderCon has always been popular, but for fans who can’t get into San Diego Comic Con (both of which are operated by Comic Con International) it offers many of the same events without the massive crowds. SDCC usually has about 120,000 attendees while WonderCon maxes out at 60,000, give or take.
The fact that badges are so much easier to obtain make WonderCon a much better experience for some pop culture fans who appreciate being about to buy tickets without the stress.
Friday tickets are $40 for adults and $20 for juniors, seniors and the military. Sunday badges are $24 for adults and $12 for juniors, seniors and the military. You can still purchase badges online with your Member ID or at the door.
